The Cherokee Nation

The Cherokee Nation is the largest of the three federally recognized Cherokee tribes, headquartered in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. It is a sovereign tribal government with a vast jurisdiction in northeast Oklahoma, dedicated to cultural preservation, economic development, healthcare, and education for its citizens and communities.
