Vinita

Vinita is the county seat of Craig County, Oklahoma. Founded in 1870, it was the first city in the state with electricity. Located 64 miles northeast of Tulsa, the city is also home to the headquarters of the Grand River Dam Authority. Its population was 5,193 as of the 2020 census.
