Group Tour Reservation dates and times are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. If requesting a tour sooner than 30 days, please call to book.

Who is eligible for Group Tour Reservations?

Any type of group consisting of 8 or more adults.

How early should I submit my Group Tour Reservation application?

Group tour reservations are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. We ask that reservations be made at least 30 days in advance. If requesting a tour sooner than 30 days, please call to book.

When are Group Tour Reservations offered, and how long do they last?

Tours are typically offered Tuesday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., and Saturdays from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. A standard tour experience generally lasts about 90 minutes.

What is included with a Group Tour Reservation?

Group tours include a museum tour of all of our exhibits with a tour guide. It always includes admission to the museums for the rest of the day and

How many people can we bring?

The museum can accommodate up to 75 adults on a tour.

Is there a restaurant or cafeteria on-site?

While there is no full-service restaurant or cafeteria inside the museum, outdoor lunch space can be reserved at the time of booking. The museum is also located near Midtown and Downtown Oklahoma City, which offer a variety of nearby dining options.

What accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities?

The museum is ADA compliant and fully accessible via elevator. Standard walkers, knee walkers, and wheelchairs are available to borrow at no charge.

Is photography allowed in the galleries?

Yes, photography for personal use is welcomed and encouraged. However, the use of flash, tripods, or other professional equipment is prohibited in the galleries.
